This project represents a full-scale office renovation involving two separate office rooms within the same commercial unit. The work transformed the existing spaces from outdated, unfinished office interiors into refined executive work environments with upgraded finishes, improved functionality, and a more professional architectural character.

The scope included documentation of the existing conditions, selective demolition, removal of outdated wall finishes, preparation of the interior shell, new framing, insulation installation, surface preparation, finish upgrades, and final furnishing. The existing radiator heating system was replaced with electric baseboard heating to create a cleaner and more integrated wall condition.

Both office rooms were redesigned to support executive use, client meetings, and professional workspace needs. The completed design introduced custom millwork, built-in shelving, executive desks, lounge seating, upgraded lighting, refined wall treatments, and coordinated furniture layouts. The result is a cohesive office environment that combines functionality, comfort, and a luxury professional appearance.

This project demonstrates the ability to manage interior renovation from existing-condition assessment through construction and final staging, with attention to spatial layout, material coordination, heating-system integration, lighting, millwork, and finished presentation.
