This project involved the interior architectural development and design-build coordination of a large-scale luxury residence in West Vancouver.

The residence featured approximately nine bedrooms, multiple kitchens and service areas, extensive custom millwork, walk-in closets, and numerous luxury bathroom installations across the property.

While the base architectural plans had already been developed prior to construction, I was brought into the project during the framing stage to lead the interior architectural detailing, technical coordination, and design development of the interior environment.

My responsibilities included:
– Interior architectural detailing and material coordination
– Custom millwork design for kitchens, closets, vanities, and built-in features
– Ceiling design and integrated lighting coordination
– Construction detailing and technical problem-solving during execution
– Permit coordination and revisions related to interior modifications
– Coordination with trades, suppliers, and on-site construction teams
– Development of cohesive interior finishes and detailing throughout the residence

The project required balancing luxury aesthetics with practical construction execution across a highly customized residential environment.
