This project involved the full renovation and architectural transformation of a heritage residential interior, including custom kitchen design, millwork fabrication, ceiling detailing, feature arches, integrated lighting, and spatial reconfiguration.

The original space required complete demolition and rebuilding. The design approach focused on creating a cohesive transition between the kitchen and dining areas through custom architectural elements, continuous material integration, and detailed cabinetry solutions tailored specifically for the space.

The project included custom-built millwork, decorative ceiling treatments, integrated display niches, concealed lighting details, tiled feature surfaces, and coordinated finish selections throughout the interior. Particular attention was given to proportion, symmetry, visual continuity, and maximizing functionality within the existing structural limitations of the house.

From demolition to final detailing, the project reflects a combination of architectural design, construction coordination, interior detailing, and hands-on fabrication experience.
